The inclined wheel sorter is mainly composed of conveying roller, synchronous steering controller, transmission device, rack, etc.; during operation, according to the instructions and information identification issued by the management system, the steering controller changes the running direction of the conveying roller and transfers the goods to the shunting conveyor. Because the conveying roller surface adopts the structure of spherical rubber (or polyurethane) cladding, it can effectively avoid the damage to the surface of the conveying goods when turning to sorting; it is widely applicable to all kinds of logistics (distribution center), all kinds of boxes, bags, trays, bottles, books, parcels, electronic products, etc.

The inclined wheel sorter is suitable for customers' medium sorting speed requirements, and the sorting efficiency is 2000-4000 pieces per hour. It is mainly driven by air cylinder, screw rod, etc. to lift or change the original linear movement direction of the inclined guide wheel, so that the inclined guide wheel drives the goods to move beyond the sorting destination.
